Living Wages: Master Teachers start at $55,000, significantly above national averages.
Full Benefits: Health, dental, and vision for full-time staff, and part-time eligibility after 500 hours.
Generous Time Off: 15 days of PTO and 10 sick days annually, with no rollover cap.
Parental Leave + Stipend: Extended paid leave up to 18 months and zero tuition for staff children. Then, staff receive a stipend each month until their child can attend PLACE.
