Transparent Pay Scale: Master Teachers start at $55,000, Teachers at $44,000, and Assistant Teachers at $20/hour.
PLACE Early Learning pays a living wage — our Master Teachers earn an average of $30/hour compared to the national average of $17.85, and part-time staff start at $20/hour.
All full-time staff receive health, dental, and vision benefits, with part-time staff eligible after 500 hours per year. We offer 15 days of PTO and 10 sick days annually, with no rollover cap and an additional sick day accrued each month.
Our paid parental leave begins at 28 weeks of pregnancy and extends up to 18 months — six months at full pay followed by 12 months at 80% — and staff who enroll their child at PLACE pay no tuition.
We are fully transparent about our compensation structure because we believe the people who care for children deserve to be cared for, too.

Full-Day Preschool
$800 / month
Our full-day program runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and includes a comprehensive, evidence-based early learning curriculum, all meals and snacks, and individualized attention from experienced educators.
